  • all our classes are programmed a year in advance in 4-6 weeks blocks

    Our PERFORMANCE class is a strength and conditioning class structured to include a strength or skill portion and a high intensity portion to follow. This class includes multiple disciplines.

    Our ENDURANCE class is focused on improving cardiovascular health and aerobic capacity. We ensure athletes are building all types of muscle fibers (slow twitch, fast twitch FO & FG) to build muscular ability and recruitment.

  • We offer personal training with certified trainers, in person and remotely.

    If you’re looking to reach goals but prefer to work one-on-one, can’t fit our classes into your schedule, or looking for completely tailored programming, our personal training and online options would suit you well.

  • We have worked with athletes and sports teams across the DFW metroplex and globally. We always use our own programming focused on building strength, speed, and agility. We will tailor it based on the individual and/or team needs.

  • If you're looking to run short, middle, or long distance races, we have coaches ready to set you up for your first or 100th race. Whether you're looking to improve performance condition or PR, we will guide you along the way with options of run only and run & strength training tailored to your individual needs.
